House Rules:

• This entire motel complex is SMOKE FREE, if you are a smoker, kindly advise us on arrival, our staff will be happy to show you the right place. Absolute prohibition of smoking in all of indoor areas in any circumstances.
• No parties and loud music, the presence of any unregistered guests will be treated as trespassers after reception hour.
• All guests are asked to check out prior to 10.00am, any late check-out requests need to be notified to and confirmed with reception in advance, a surcharge will apply on any unexpected late check-out. (Surcharge calculation is according to room rates of the current day)
• Please return your room key to reception upon departure. Fail to do so, you will be responsible for the cost of the lock & key replacement.
• While cooking, must use the extractor fan located directly above the cook top to prevent from fire detector being trigged off.
• Additional charges will apply if the unit is left exceptionally dirty, smelly or damaged and extremely difficult to get rid of with regular cleaning equipment/chemical. This charge will reflect the time/cost taken to clean the unit.
